I. Welcome and Introductions

II. Report / discussion about each regional VOAD regarding their organization, membership, meeting schedules and call out procedures

III. Report / discussion with each member organization regarding their own organizational and disaster response capabilities

IV. Sharing of recent response activities, lessons learned and “best” practices

V. Discussion of regional VOAD’s relationships with State VOAD and TEMA

VI. Report and review greater East Tennessee member organization’s training offerings and opportunities

VII. Consider the sharing of contact information and methods of communicatio among our regional East Tennessee VOADS

VIII. Consider the scheduling of future joint meetings.

Hello All,

We have created a Google Group with information posted about East Tennessee VOAD. You will find the Resource Listing, meeting minutes, VOAD By-laws, etc. This is where we will keep updated information on our organization.

To have access to this group, you will need to first request membership by logging in to http://www.groups.google.com/group/easttnvoad.

You will be able to download the Resource Listing to your own computer so you can make copies for those in your organization who will need it. Also, if your organization is not included in the Resource Listing, this means that we either do not have your information or the information we have is not complete. Please contact me if your organization is missing.
